System Leader Launchpad equips district and charter management organization leaders with the strategic tools, guidance and support needed to successfully plan and launch team-based strategic school staffing models. Leadership teams will build a clear roadmap, align critical systems and lay the foundation for sustainable transformation.
School Leader Launchpad
School Leader Launchpad is a virtual workshop series designed to help leaders develop and launch team-based staffing models tailored to their unique school contexts. Through guided planning, collaborative design and actionable tools, participants create a comprehensive implementation plan that includes scheduling, team structures, shared rosters and strategies for building a strong culture of collaboration.
Educator Team Institute
The Educator Team Institute is a virtual professional learning experience designed to help educator teams cultivate strong team culture, align around a shared vision and develop actionable plans for implementing effective team-based models. Through interactive sessions, practical tools and collaborative planning, teams will be equipped to launch the upcoming school year with clarity and confidence.
