Join us for a four-part workshop series aimed at strengthening your educator team’s implementation of the Next Education Workforce™ Team Elements. Throughout the school year, participants will engage in collaborative reflection, problem-solving and peer learning alongside experienced practitioners of team-based models. This series is designed to foster continuous growth, enhance team effectiveness and ultimately deepen the positive impact educator teams have on student experiences and outcomes.
Each session is designed so that attendees can bring insights and actionable next steps back to their teams, making it easy to participate even when schedules vary. Prioritize attendance based on your team’s needs and areas of focus to maximize impact.

This interactive workshop is designed for members of educator teams and school leaders who directly support them. Each session is designed so that individual team members can bring insights and actionable next steps back to their teams, making it easy to participate even when schedules vary.
We encourage teams to attend the full series to maximize learning and growth across all sessions. However, we welcome team members to join any individual session, even if they can’t attend them all.
This offering includes four workshops across the school year designed to strengthen educator teams in their implementation of the Next Education Workforce Team Elements. Sessions will strive to strengthen implementation through collaborative reflection, problem-solving and learning from experienced team-based model practitioners.
All four workshops are 75 minutes long and held virtually to increase accessibility for schools and systems nationwide.
To foster open discussion and collaboration, sessions will not be recorded. However, key takeaways and resources will be shared with participants afterward.
