System Leader Launchpad is designed for system-level leaders — such as superintendents, assistant superintendents and district-level administrators — who are preparing to implement team-based staffing models.
After a preliminary strategy session, your leadership team will engage in four follow-up coaching conversations to support phased planning, address emerging challenges and strengthen coherence between system strategy and school-level execution.
Your team will leave with a clear implementation roadmap, a better understanding of necessary system shifts and a plan to prepare schools for participation in initiatives like the School Leader Launchpad.
System Leader Launchpad is held virtually, beginning with a 3-hour kickoff session focused on system-level considerations, followed by four virtual coaching sessions scheduled around availability.
We recommend including key decision-makers across academics, human resources, finance and operations to ensure holistic planning and alignment.
No active implementation is required. This coaching engagement is ideal for systems in the early planning or pilot stages.
