This community of practice is designed for system-level leaders — such as superintendents, assistant superintendents and district-level administrators — who are actively implementing or scaling team-based staffing models.
Absolutely. We encourage multiple leaders from the same district to attend together for shared understanding, strengthened alignment across roles and more coordinated implementation of team-based staffing models.
Leading for Systems-Level Change is a series of four, one-hour virtual sessions, each focusing discussion on different aspects of systems-level change to support team-based staffing models.
The community provides a collaborative space for leaders to share successes, address challenges and co-design strategies for impactful systems change related to team-based staffing models. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that include sharing success stories, discussing potential adjustments and improvements, learning from peers’ experiences and hearing from experts on key topics related to the successful implementation of strategic school staffing models.
