This interactive workshop is designed for principals, assistant principals and other members of school leadership teams actively implementing team-based models and looking to deepen, refine and sustain their approach beyond the first year.
This in-person interactive workshop is held in Scottsdale at the ASU SkySong location. It is designed for principals, assistant principals and other members of school leadership teams to:

The workshop is an in-person, two-day event featuring interactive sessions, planning time and networking with peers from across the country.
Absolutely. We encourage multiple leaders from the same school or district to attend together for aligned planning and stronger implementation outcomes.
This workshop is intended for leaders who have already launched team-based models and are focused on long-term sustainability and impact. If you’re still exploring teams but not yet ready to launch in the fall, we recommend attending a different readiness-focused event or reaching out for coaching options
