This fully virtual, asynchronous introductory course is designed for current or aspiring educator team members eager to thrive in team-based models. Participants will explore the team-level Elements of the Next Education Workforce, gaining the knowledge and tools needed to contribute effectively within collaborative environments. By the end of the course, learners will have a clear understanding of what it means to be part of an educator team and walk away with actionable steps to confidently begin or enhance their team-based practice.
